The Department's OMEA is staffed by faculty members with the necessary experience and is assisted in its work by appropriate technical and scientific personnel. A student of the Department also participates in the OMEA. OMEA responsibilities include, among others:

• supervision, inspection, and the formulation of proposals for improving the quality assurance policy and system,
  the collection of the required data and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the data,
• supervising the effectiveness of feedback processes and processing the relevant information, such as, for example, information derived from student course evaluations,
• the preparation of the Annual Internal Evaluation Report and support for external evaluation and certification,
• Formulating proposals to the Department Assembly for the qualitative improvement of the Department's operation, in line with the quality policy objectives..
• the presentation of the results of the teaching evaluation by the students to the Department Assembly,
• the presentation to the Department Assembly of the student progress review.
