Bilateral Agreements with other Universities 

Presentation of the University of the Peloponnese 

The University of the Peloponnese, as part of its mission and through the Erasmus+ Program in collaboration with the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY), offers its students opportunities to:

• Attend courses and/or write their thesis as part of their study program at a higher education institution in a European country participating in the Erasmus+ program, in collaboration with the University of the Peloponnese.
• Complete their internship at an employment agency in a European country participating in the Erasmus+ program.
• Follow a combination of studies and practical training.

ECTS recognition for Erasmus+ students is mandatory. Bilateral cooperation agreements with foreign universities. Calls for expressions of interest are issued twice a year, around the beginning of September for the following spring semester and around the beginning of February for the following winter semester, and is announced on the University Website Announcements and the Department Website Announcements. Note: Students who wish to apply for mobility through the Erasmus+ program for the purpose of studies or internship in the future for proper planning and necessary preparation, should contact the Department's Erasmus+ Coordinator, Dr. Dionysia-Penelope Kontoni, Associate Professor, kontoni@uop.gr
