Requests for certificates are made thru the online secretariat. Thru the same system, students can monitor their individual record and consequently their progress. Students should come to the Department Secretariat to collect their certificates.

By way of example, it is mentioned that the following are granted:

1. A student status certificate, which confirms that the interested party is an active student.

2. A detailed transcript of grades, showing the student's progress in the courses they took.

3. Certificate of studies for Military Science.

4. Certificate of completion of studies, for interested parties who have fulfilled the requirements of the Study Program but have not been awarded their degree.

5. Copies of diplomas and certificates related to graduation (withdrawals), study leave, and housing allowance.
